Topology is a real estate consulting firm based in New Jersey that provides a full range of services in planning, development and project management.  The company focuses on urban areas and downtowns for a variety of clients including developers and municipalities.

Topology strives to create value and place in its projects through a team approach that explores the best and most creative solutions with the bottom line in mind.  Common Ground has provided on-demand urban design services to Topology since 2014.  Working directly with staff members and sometimes their clients, Common Ground has completed development studies for a variety of projects to develop unique, context-sensitive solutions while maximizing development yield.
