Nolensville Pike

Nolensville Pike has become known as Nashville’s “International Corridor.”  The corridor is loaded with international markets, food trucks, bakeries and restaurants serving cuisine from all around the world.

Common Ground developed urban design recommendations and development scenarios, illustrating the opportunity to establish key nodes and districts where walkability can be encouraged and where key destination uses can be established that would help anchor revitalization of the entire corridor.  This work was a component of a market analysis, providing guidance for strengthening the corridor as a community asset as well as an economic driver for the Nashville region.
