corridors

A large percentage of our work over the years has been focused on creating plans and form-based codes for multi-modal transportation networks and the properties surrounding them. We develop realistic plans that balance existing contexts with community visions. Our corridor plans explore opportunities for improvements within the public right-of-way, as well as on private property to meet both long and short-term needs. We utilize a collaborative process with a team of professionals with a common goal of respecting and enhancing natural and human environments along corridors.
