We built our business designing TND’s for private developers. Since the Great Recession, many of the new neighborhoods that we have designed have been within an infill context. Whether infill or greenfield, we utilize a comprehensive design system that responds to the natural and built environments and integrates a variety of housing types and land uses with a defined area in order to create balanced communities that include civic buildings, civic spaces, and commercial uses served by a network of streets that are designed for pedestrians as well as automobiles.
